Important Note to Subscribers: Please be sure to show your Dental ID card to your provider everytime you or your dependents have an appointment. Doing this will afford your Dental Provider an opportunity to review your eligibility information, Member ID, and update their practice software with the correct Claims Address, and Electronic Payer Id for electronic claim submission. Ask your provider to use your Dental Member Id instead of your Social Security Number to file your Dental Claims to protect this important and private information.

If you particpate in a Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina Group Medical Plan through your employer click BCBSNC to navigate to the Member Login page for Medical Claims, and Medical Eligibility Information or Medical Id Cards.

If your Dental ID Card displays the DenteMax Logo, click DenteMax Provider Network to the DenteMax Provider Search tool. If your Dental ID Card displays the DenteMax Logo, and your current dental provider does not participate in the DenteMax Network click Refer Your Dentist to the DenteMax Network and refer your provider to DenteMax.
