IMPORTANT: If you have not seen your patient's ID CARD for the current Benefit Period, PLEASE ask for it. The ID Card contains important information on where to send electronic and paper claims. This information is subject
to change. Having the correct claim address and EDI Payer number will ensure prompt turnaround for you and your patient.
The ACS Enterprise System's Provider Web Portal (PWS) will allow you to perform the following tasks:
- Check a Patient's Eligibility
- Reveiw Patient Plan Details at the service code level
- Submit a Claim or Pre-Treatment Estimate On-Line
- Review status of your all of your claims

What do you need to do access the ACS Enterprise WPS Portal?

Due to the nature of our WPS and HIPAA requirements, we will need to validate your Tax Identification Number (TIN), Tax Name, Tax Address, Service Location Address(s) and NPI numbers, Billing and Rendering, when calling for your Personal Id Code.
- This validation process will require you to download Web Services Registration Package and follow the instructions to fill out the form. Email, fax or mail the form back to us. We will email, fax or mail your registration information back to you. The Tax Identification Number and Tax Name you provide will be validated with the IRS via the IRS TIN Matching System. By providing the correct information we can process your Personal Id Code request in the fastest manner possible.
